Orders & Payment

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Pricing

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. If a pricing error occurs on your order, we will contact you before processing.

Made to Order

Every item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered production. Please refer to our returns policy for information on damaged or defective items.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are indicative only. We are not liable for delays caused by our fulfilment partner or carriers. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

Intellectual Property

All photography and imagery on this site is the exclusive property of Elliot Messias Photography. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any imagery without prior written permission. Purchasing a product does not transfer any intellectual property rights.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elliot Messias Photography shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or fulfilment by third parties. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
